  • Who can use this form
    This form is only for seasonal and cottage customers whose BBN service address is in Beausoleil First Nation on Christian Island.

    How a seasonal pause works
    • Pause for up to six consecutive months.
    • Requests received before the 20th of a month normally start on the 1st of the next month; requests on or after the 20th start on the 1st of the month after that. Pauses are not backdated.
    • Regular Internet and equipment rental charges stop during the pause. Amounts owed before the pause are still payable.
    • Your Internet is off during the pause, so cameras, alarms and other connected devices may not work.
    • Service resumes on the restoration date BBN confirms. A pause is not a cancellation.
    • BBN confirms your start date, restoration date and fee in writing, and may decline a request while an account is overdue.
  • The $99 fee
    • Pause starting before January 1, 2027: a $99 reactivation fee, plus applicable taxes, is charged when service resumes.
    • Pause starting on or after January 1, 2027: a one-time $99 hold fee, plus applicable taxes, is paid upfront before the pause begins. BBN confirms the payment date when approving your request. No reactivation fee applies.
