Who should use this form

This form is only for current Broadband North (BBN) customers who are members of Beausoleil First Nation (BFN), live on Christian Island, and already have a BBN customer number.

Your customer number is shown on your BBN invoice or account correspondence.

New customers: please do not use this form. You can submit your status verification as part of the New Customer Enrollment form.

How verification works: Submitting this form does not by itself make your account tax-exempt. BBN reviews your documents first. Once your eligibility is verified, BBN applies the correct tax treatment, and any eligible tax already charged is credited on your next invoice.
