Step 5 – Your 24-Month Agreement
Your agreement (Terms and Conditions, sections 3.10, 7, 9 and 12)
- Promotion: under the current promotion (section 3.10), the buried fibre connection from the road to your home is built at no cost because you are accepting this 24-month commitment. If you cancel before the commitment ends, the early cancellation process in sections 7 and 9 applies.
- Your 24-month commitment starts on the date your Internet service is activated. BBN will confirm your activation date and commitment end date in writing.
- Billing is monthly, in advance, due on the 1st of each month.
- You may request a pause of up to 3 months at a time during the commitment. A $65 pause fee, plus applicable taxes, applies to each pause, and each pause extends your commitment end date by the days paused.
- If you cancel before the commitment ends, an early cancellation fee of $20 for each full month remaining applies, to a maximum of $460. No fee applies on or after 24 months from your original activation date.
- A trial period of at least 15 calendar days from the date service begins applies, as required by the Internet Code. You can cancel during the trial without an early cancellation fee.
Submitting this form does not guarantee immediate service activation or installation. Broadband North will review service availability, property and installation requirements, and the information provided, then contact you with next steps.

Online bill payment is optional and is currently available only to BMO and RBC customers. If selected, payment instructions will be provided separately.
